Kundalini
Kundalini Yoga uses kriyas (a set of exercises as designed by Yogi Bhajan done for certain lengths of time), always ends with relaxation and meditation. More physically energising class.
Every Monday 6:00 - 7:30pm
Relaxation Yoga
Begins with relaxation, followed by general classical Hatha Yoga poses, and finishes with a longer relaxation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Classes can include chanting of mantras.
Every Wednesday - 6 - 7 pm
Women’s Circle
A women's circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom.
Last Friday of every month - 6:30 - 8:00pm
