Relaxation Yoga

Begins with relaxation, followed by general classical Hatha Yoga poses, and finishes with a longer relaxation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Classes can include chanting of mantras.

 

Morning Meditation

EVERY DAY @ 8AM • 60 MINUTES

Elevating you spiritually, helping you to connect to the higher consciousness. ... Spiritual meditation is a powerful process that you can ground you as well as make you become more aware of your surroundings.
