Jacqueline Hamann
I am a 200-hour qualified yoga teacher, with training in Ayurveda therapy, nutrition and massage. I have a degree in psychology, with a special interest in Surf Therapy, and I combine all of these skills to offer unique classes and therapies to enhance holistic health and wellbeing. I have been practising Sivananda Hatha Yoga since 2007. After my yoga teacher training course, I taught at the Infinity Surf Camp in Sri Lanka and the Draufblick Yoga Studio in Germany. I know just how important nature, the sea, surfing, yoga, meditation and sound healing is for our mental wellbeing and the role it can play in helping us improve our resilience, allowing us to protect ourselves better against external factors. I currently teach at the Yoga Garden in Newquay. I have continued to develop my skills with further training in Pregnancy Yoga and Yoga for Seniors, as well as progressing my Ayurveda knowledge. Recently I worked in a hotel in Austria that specialises in yoga holidays and traditional Ayurveda treatments. I am currently working at the renowned Scarlet Hotel in Cornwall.
