Grounding walking meditation: explore your connection to breathe, silence and your own being. Find stillness in movement.
Time in nature for ourselves whilst sharing space with others. Giving our souls that much needed fresh air and connection to Gaia to feel our centre.

Understand Your Energetics (Group Session)
This session is about understanding your innate masculine and feminine energies, how to embody them and become present to aspects of these that have been neglected, protected or have not allowed to be felt until now.

Re-establish Body-Mind Connection
This practical session is about reawakening the intelligence of the body and detaching from mental processes, encouraging felt sense and creating intentions to move towards wholeness.

Yoga and art therapy: Coming back to the wisdom of the body
Whatever our intentions are for the weekend our body has its own way of communicating with us. It’s essential for us to take time out to hear the messages…
In this session, we explore some simple, gentle Hatha yoga restorative postures allowing us to unwind and begin to release the nervous system. As we do this we invite in the subtle messages that are hidden in the subconscious and reveal pathways to meet our truth. Through art therapy with natural materials and chalks, pastilles we have time within a nurtured held space to listen and feel the soul.
4.45 pm- 5.30 pm
Letting go Meditation and dance…
Space to be wild and free or quiet and inwards. Whatever it is that your intention is for this weekend we encourage you to listen to your heart find space to release or nurture yourself. We hold a safe space for all that is needed to be moved through.

Relax and reflect: Fireside storytelling or optional sound bath
Day 3

7.30-8.30 am : Breathe work and yoga
We focus on holding postures and finding strength in our bodies to move forward with our intentions. Pranayama to find space within and ultimately to realise that we are all we need to be in any given moment at any given time. Sanskrit mantra for opening, closing and throughout the class to bring the resonance of sattva - right action and right knowledge.
8.30-9.30am : Breakfast
9.30am-10.30 am: Watchful stillness meditation

10.45-11.30 : Reflection piece
11.45-12.30pm : Cleanse
A time to completely renew and refresh in our organic natural pool. Optional swimming for those who feel the benefits of cold water swimming! Reset and find exhilaration ….YAY!

1.45-2.45pm Retreat reflection
Sharing time for the group. We invite all to share their heart in whatever way feels most appropriate for them.. can be through talking, silence, sounds, movement. All is welcome. Perhaps somethings have been revealed that are wanting to be given voice to.
It is our hope that you leave with no regrets and feel a new sense of wholeness… ready for your heart filled intentions to blossom and flourish in the years to come.
